Q: How to duplicate an existing order on MC Seller?

A: For order consistency, you cannot directly change to another customer after selecting one and placing the order. If you mistakenly choose a customer, you can copy the order, make the necessary modifications, and then delete the original order.

Go to MC Seller → Tap History→  Find the order →Tap Copy → Modify or select the customer → Tap Next → Cashier: Refund to customer → Finish
