Q: The order has been locked, the modification of the product information is not allowed, how to unlock and modify the order?
A: Follow two steps below

When "payment records" are deleted, each individual payment record that has been collected will also be deleted.
Delete
Step 1: Delete the corresponding "Payment records" of this order
Go to MC Boss → On the details page of the locked order → Tap receipt ( payment record→ Tap "..." on the top right corner to modify → Tap Delete → Enter password → Tap OK to confirm

DeleteStep 2: After deleting the payment record, the locked order will be unlocked, allowing you to modify the order now.

1. All payment records for this order must be deleted.
2. When the payment record are deleted, every payment associated with each order will be deleted.
*Payment needs to be made again for each order; otherwise, the accounts will not be correct.
