Q: How do I set up a pre-order tag in MicroStore and distinguish pre-orders from regular orders?
A: Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Set up order tags on MC Boss
Steps: "MC Boss" → "More" → "Settings" → "Order tag" → Set the tag name to "Pre-sale" → Click "✔️" in the upper right corner to save
Step 2: Set up the pre-sale order tag on MC Manager
Steps: "MC Manager" → "More" → "Settings" → "Order & Payment" → "Microstore Pre-sale orders in MC will have" → MC sales order with tag “Pre-sale”
Friendly Reminder
If MC Manager has not set "Microstore Pre-sale orders in MC will become" MC Sales order with tag “ pre-sale”, you will receive a reminder when placing an order.
