Q: How to set the lowest selling price for products on MC Boss?
A: There are two methods to set the lowest selling price for products: one for individual product, and the other for batches of products. You can configure this on MC Boss.
Method 1: Set the lowest selling price for individual products.
Go to MC Boss→ Tap product → Select a product → Modify → Edit product information→ Go to “Description” page and tap “Lowest selling price” and enter the price → Tap “OK” → Tap ✓ on top right corner to save
Method 2: Set the lowest selling price for products in batch.
A: Go to MC Boss→ Tap product → Tap " ✓ " to bulk modify → Select products→ Tap Modify → Select “Lowest selling price” and tap it again → enter the price → Return → Tap ✓ on top right corner to save

After the setting is completed above, you must enable the "Order Control" as shown in the following image for the settings to take effect.
Q: How to activate the order control of the lowest selling price function on MC Boss?
A: Go to MC Boss → Tap More → Settings → Control of orders → Enable “ Order control” → Enable “Below lowest selling price" → Tap ”Save" on top right corner
👇View the effect on MC Seller: When the product price of the order is lower than the lowest selling price, the following reminder message will pop out on MC Seller while placing an order. Seller can still place the order by clicking “Ignore and continue to place an order”.
Kind tips
1. If you only enable “Order control”, MC Seller still can place orders by clicking “ Ignore and continue to place an order” but will receive a reminder message as above 👆🏻.
2. If you want to completely prohibit employees from placing orders, you can follow the steps below👇🏻 and enable “Do not allow the order” if order does not meet the condition.
