Q: How do MicroStore customers receive notifications for new arrivals on MS Manager? 

A: As long as it's a new product created on MC Boss and set online on MS Manager, they will receive the notifications automatically.

Q: When will customers receive the notification?

A: It's the next day from 10:00-13:00,  the best time of day to send push notifications.

Q: Why is the customer not getting notifications of MicroStore?

A: Need to allow the notification of MicroStore on his phone.

On Mobile device → Tap Settings → MicroStore → Switch on Notifications

A: The product has to be a new product created.

A: The product should be set online on MS Manager.
