MS Manager (purple App) is the application that allows you to efficiently manage your MicroStore virtual store. With it, you can:
- Customize your store's visuals to reflect your brand image.
- Verify and validate your new customers' information before granting them access.
- View and validate orders placed via MicroStore.
MicroStore (Green app), :
It allows your clients to browse your products online with full details, place orders directly, and receive notifications about new arrivals and updates on their order status.

✨ If you have already created the customer on MC Boss/on MC Seller,
when they apply for an account on MicroStore with different phone number, you can select "Connect existing customer" to update the customer's information
💫 MicroStore will recognize the customer's phone number, if this phone number is the same as MC Boss in customer's file, customer can enter the store and place an order. However, if this phone number is not in MC yet, they will need your approval on MS Manager first to visit your store.

- Contact him directly , if possible, to welcome him and verify his information by phone.

How to process a MicroStore order?
- Access your pending orders in the MS Manager app.
- Never immediately validate an order without prior verification.
- Open the order details to view the information.
- Click on the 「…」 at the top right, then select 「 Edit Order 」.

Adjust the necessary information :
- Items
- Delivery costs and method (to be created in MC Manager )
- VAT
- Save the changes .

Contact the customer to request payment:
- Send your bank details
- Or use another payment method (previously created in MC Manager)
- Wait for payment to be received or confirm the order before receiving the payment previously
- Go to MC Manager tab「 Documents 」to find the order and click on it → 「…」 → then proceed to payment (button「 Payment 」or「 Checkout 」).
- Deliver the order in MS Manager : Go to 「 Orders to Deliver 」→ Click on the order → 「…」→ Mark all shipped
- If you have a tracking number , add it. Otherwise, click 「 Cancel 」to skip this step.
