Q: How to modify the name separator for batch import photos on MC Web?
1. Open the webpage for importing photos from PC → Bulk import photos to products
2. Click the question mark "?" and see the picture below
3. In the window that opens, click Modify separator , replace the separator with the symbol you want, and click Done.

Kindly Tips
- Make sure that all photos’name contain: item reference, color name, sorting number and be in order (ex. T100 Black 1.jpg)
- Photo name: The system will identify the item number, color, and sorting number based on the photo name.
