Q: Why can't I modify the customer's shipping address on MC Boss?
A: Go to MC Boss → Customer → Select a customer → Tap “Modify” → Go to "Address" page to edit shipping address → Turn off “Synchronize invoice” button → Tap “Return” on top left corner → "✓" to save.

Do not enable "Synchronize invoice". Enabling this option will restrict modifications to the shipping address, and any changes will need to be made through the "Basic Information" page at the bottom under the company address.
