Q: Can customers be categorized and viewed by category?
A: Yes. As shown in the image below, first create the customer categories, then assign customers to the appropriate categories. After that, you can filter and view customers by category.
Step 1: Establish customer categories
Path: MC Boss → More → Settings → Customer Categories → Click the first column → Modify → Enter Category Name → Click "+" to add a new category → Enter the category label → Click "Done"

Step 2: Categorize Customers
Path: MC Boss → Client → Select a client → Modify → Select Country → Select the appropriate Category → Go back and click Save.

Step 3: View customers by category
Path: MC Boss → Clients → Tap the ≡ menu in the top-left corner → All Countries → Select a Category → Tap any blank area to apply the filter → View Customer Category Statistics

Kind Tips
If the number in parentheses next to a category is greater than 0, it means the category is currently in use and cannot be deleted.
Before deleting the category, move all customers assigned to it to another category until the number becomes 0.
