Q: Why can't I find a product on MicroStore after I have successfully set it online on MS Manager?

Q: Why are some products suddenly not found on MicroStore anymore?

A: There could be a few things you can check out:

Delete

Situation 1: Make sure the stock is sufficient

If over-selling is not allowed, the product will be automatically set offline on MS Manager if it is out of stock.

Method 1: Find the product on MC Boss and check if there is enough stock.

Method 2: Find the product on MS Manager and check available stock in product details.

Situation 2: All stock is locked

If there are unconfirmed MicroStore orders on MS Manager, the stock of the product will be temporarily locked. If the order quantity is the total stock of the product, it means there is no available stock, so the product will be automatically set offline from MicroStore.

Go to MS Manager → Products → Select a product → General → View available and locked stock

Situation 3: Setting of the online range for ABCD level customers

If customers are set to ABCD level, you need to confirm the online range settings for the product.

Go to MS Manager → Products → Select a product → View: Product online range → Tap "Edit" → Online → Enable A/B/C/D level → Tap "Return" save → Tap "Save" on top right corner
