Q: After a return order is placed on MC Seller, how to deduct the amount owed with the refund amount?
A: On MC Boss → Tap Client page→ Select customer →Tap "Return deduction"→Select the returned order → Tap Next → Select an order to be deducted→ OK → OK to confirm
Kind tips
1.On MC Boss "Document" page, returned order are marked with an "Orange tube" to indicate the status of the deduction. Dark orange means deducted; light orange means not deducted; half orange means partially deducted.
2. On MC Boss "Customer's details page", tap "Sales history", and the order that has been deducted will display "Associated".
3. The amount of the return order must be less than the amount of the selected order.
