Beginner's guide to MicroStore – How to use MicroStore?

MicroStore allows you to stay updated on our latest products, providing you with greater convenience.

Using MicroStore involves 4 basic steps:

Download & Install → Create an Account → Add Supplier’s Store and Request Access → Place Orders via MicroStore

Step 1
Download and install

Click on “MicroStore App”

- Installation process: Download the App from App Store if you're an Apple user, from Google Play Store if you're an Android user or use the APK link.

Step 2
Account Registration

Open MicroStore → Tap「Phone Number」→ Select the country → Enter your phone number → Tap「Send the verification code」→ Enter the code you receive

Your account will be activated immediately.

Friendly Reminders:

1 - If you do not receive the verification code, tap「Can’t receive verification code」and choose another method to receive it (ex. Can not receive verification code → Send verification code by phone call: The system will automatically call your phone and provide you with the code).

2 - If you have tried all methods and still haven’t received the code, please tap the WhatsApp MC Customer Service contact in the App to contact us directly.
We will be more than happy to help you resolve the issue.

Add a Supplier

As shown below, there are several ways to add a supplier:

If you have the supplier’s Micro-Store QR code, tap「Scan a MicroStore invitation QR code」 then scan the supplier’s QR code and submit your access request.

Friendly reminders:

1 - Some suppliers may require you to fill in company information. Please provide accurate details to ensure your request is approved quickly.

2 - After submitting your request, you can refresh the page to check the latest status.

3 - Once the supplier approves your request, you’ll be able to see their store in the App. If you don’t see it immediately, try refreshing.
