Q: The product is currently out of stock, but how can sellers place a pre-sale order for customers on MC Seller?
A: Go to "Order" page on MC Seller → Select document type: Pre-sale order → Select a customer → Go to "Search" page to select products → Enter quantity → Tap " Three dots" to edit details → Next to complete it → Finish
Kind tips
When you create a pre-sale order, the stock won't be reduced. When you convert it to a sales order, the stock will be deducted.

A: Go to MC Seller → Tap History → " Three lines" on top left corner→ Select Pre-sale order → Tap blank to refresh the page → Select the pre-sale order to transfer it into a sales order→ Tap Shipping → You can see document type on top left corner is "Order" → Next to complete it → Finish
