Q: How to delete incorrect cash register records through orders on MC Boss?
Q: There is a problem with the payment in the order? How to delete it?
A: Go to MC Boss → Select an order → Tap “Payment record” in the order details → Tap “Three dots" on top right corner → Tap Delete → Delete → Enter password → OK to confirm
Kind tips
1. Deleting cash register records, data cannot be recovered, please proceed with caution!
2. When a cash register record is deleted, it will be marked with a strikethrough to indicate that it has been cleared!
