Q: Why does the printed customer information not match the information on MC Boss?
Q: Why is the customer information on the picking list different from what I have saved on MC Seller?
A: Go to MC Boss → Customer → Select a customer → Modify→ Check" Basic info" and "Delivery Address" page if customer information are the same
Kind Tips
1. The customer information displayed in "Picking list for warehouse" is the default customer delivery address.
2. If the "Basic Information" and "Delivery Address" are the same, when you change the "Basic Information", you must also change the "Delivery Address.
