Q: If I switch to a different MC account, can I import product images from my previous account?
A: Yes. You can import product images between any MC accounts. Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to the MC Boss Web Version

Step 2: Export the products with images from your MC account

Step 3: Download the Product Template with Images on MC Web
Path: Click “Products” → Click “Import item from excel” → Scroll to the bottom of the page → Download the template with images
Step 4: Open and Edit the Exported Spreadsheet with Images
- Copy the image URL from the exported spreadsheet with images.
- Paste the image URL into the image field in the import spreadsheet.
⚠️ Note: The fields highlighted in yellow in the import spreadsheet are required: Reference, Sales unit, Color, and Price A.
Step 5: Import the Product Spreadsheet with Images
Path: On the Import page, select the edited spreadsheet → Preview and verify that all information is correct → Choose the import mode based on your requirements → Confirm the import → Import completed successfully
Kind Tips:
- The Image URL column must be filled with the image URLs exported from the MC product export file.
- Image import is only supported between MC accounts. Image URLs from external sources or non-MC systems are not supported.
