Q: How to bulk delete orders and not to restore to stock on MC Boss?
A: Go to MC Boss → Tap Document → Document → Three line on top left corner → Select Sales order → Select date → Tap " 。。。" on top right corner → “Select” for bulk selection → Select orders/ All → Tap “Delete”→ Select either " Restock to stock" or " Not to restock to stock"→ Delete → Enter password → Tap “OK” to confirm
Kind tips
1. If you delete an order individually, the stock will be automatically restored. However, if you delete orders in bulk, the system will prompt you to choose whether to restore the stock or not.
2. You will need to enter a security password for order deletion.
Reminder
Once the orders are deleted or modified, they can't be recovered.
