Q: I wanted to make a sales order but made a pre-sale order, but why can't I delete it?

A: Because the pre-sale order has been associated, you can follow the steps below:

Steps: Go to the details page of the pre-sale order you want to delete → Click "Records associated with pre-sale orders" → Click the related order → Click  °°° on the upper right corner → Cancel the association → OK → Return to the document page and find the pre-sale order again → Click  °°° on the upper right corner → Delete
