Q: How to start live video sales on MicroStore？
Please contact us first to apply for access to the live video feature.
Once the Live Video feature is enabled, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Set up the live time
Method: MS Manager → More → Live video → Start the Live → Set the scheduled start time → Save (the content in the red box is optional)
Step 2: Invite customers
Method 1: MS Manager “Live video” → Share → Send invitation link → Choose a language → Select a sending method → Send link
Method 2: MS Manager “Live video” → Share → Share live poster → Choose a language → Select a sending method → Send QR code
Step 3: Start live on MS Manager
Method: MS Manager → Enter the live room → Start the live → Confirm
Step 4: Add products
Method: Click the Shopping cart icon→ Add product → Select product ✓ → Add
B. Product Management
Add products, delete products, as shown below
Step 5: End the live
Method: Click the setting icon at the lower left corner → End the live
Kind reminder:
- If there are multiple MS Managers, Micro 1 can be used for live streaming while Micro 2 handles product listings. This setup is more efficient and effective.
- After scheduling the live broadcast, a preview reminder will appear in your WeChat store. Customers who subscribe will receive a mobile notification when the live broadcast starts (as shown in the image).
